Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 19, 2026
Muse at Work ("we") is a directory of copy-paste AI workflows for professional teams. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored hashed — we never see your password). If you sign in with Google or X, we receive your email address from that provider.
- Optional profile information. You may add an X handle so we can credit you on workflows you submit.
- Content you submit. Workflows you submit, including the prompt text, setup notes, and descriptions.
- Usage information. Which workflows you open and copy, so we can improve the directory and enforce free-usage limits.
- Marketing preference. Whether you opted in to receive new-workflow and update emails.
How we use your information
- To operate your account and the directory (authentication, usage limits, submissions).
- To send you transactional emails (confirmations, password resets).
- To send you marketing emails — new workflows, product updates, and related news — only if you opted in. The signup checkbox is checked by default but you can uncheck it before creating your account, and you can opt out at any time.
- To improve the service and prevent abuse.
Marketing emails and your choices
We send marketing emails only to people who opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect promptly. You can also change your preference anytime by contacting us at the address below. We never sell your email address.
How we store and protect data
Account and usage data is stored with Supabase (hosted in the United States) and protected by industry-standard measures including encryption in transit and at rest, hashed passwords, and database row-level security. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the site (hosting, database, authentication, and email delivery), and when required by law.
Cookies
We use only the minimal cookies/storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. Deleting your account deletes your profile and personal data; workflows you submitted may remain published without attribution.
Children
Muse at Work is for professional use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
